Welcome to WealthWisp — Personal Finance Tracker & Budget Manager (package name: com.rn.namoksha.wealthwisp), developed and published by Namoksha Digital ("we", "our", or "us"). Available on Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Android application.

WealthWisp is a personal finance app that helps you track your income, expenses, and budget goals — designed with privacy in mind.

By using WealthWisp, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the App.

• Financial Data: The income, expenses, accounts, and budgets you enter are stored locally in the App's database on your device.
• App Preferences: Settings such as currency, language, and theme choices are stored locally.

• Crash Reports: If the App crashes, Firebase Crashlytics collects crash stack traces and device info (OS version, device model) to help us fix bugs.
• Analytics Events: Firebase Analytics collects anonymized usage events (e.g., app launches, screen views) to help us improve the App's features.
• Ad Identifiers: Google AdMob may collect your advertising ID to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, subject to your consent.
• Device Information: Approximate device type, OS version, language, and timezone — collected by Firebase and AdMob for analytics and ad delivery.

• We do not collect or upload your financial transaction history to our servers.
• We do not require you to create an account, so we do not collect your name, email, or passwords.

• Analytics data (Firebase): Retained for up to 14 months, then automatically deleted.
• Ad data (AdMob): Subject to Google's retention policies.

By downloading or using WealthWisp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

12.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WealthWisp on your Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

12.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls.

All content, features, and functionality of WealthWisp — including design, graphics, and source code — are owned by Namoksha Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.5 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. WealthWisp does not provide professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

12.6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namoksha Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or financial records.

12.7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12.8 In-App Purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

12.9 Advertisements

The free version of WealthWisp is supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob.
